Artist, actress, deep explorer and instructor of the Gioia4kids method, Paola has an artistic approach method in harmony with nature. Graduated from the Academy of Milan, she lives and works around Italy. During the residency she created the collective performance «Il luogo svelato», an action that combines poetry, dance, sound with shamanic drumming and rituality.

Thanksgiving Ceremony to Mother Earth with the project “The Earth talks: our archetypes “, with a group and ritual performance on the “5 elements”, represented, in order of appearance by Polyxene Kasda for the WATER element, through a rite of ablution, by Rose Sacquegna for the FIRE element, a symbol of transformation and purification , by Maria Amanda Stefanelli for the EARTH element, with the construction of a sacred circle “The earth listens”, followed by the prayer-oration of gratitude for life, for art and the cosmos, by the performer Paola Crisostomo for the element of AIR, and finally the ETHER, the fifth element of the cycle that begins and ends the event under the supervision and direction by Dores Sacquegna. The performance is accompanied by the sound incursions by the flutist Roberto Gagliardi and by the percussionist Francesco Perrone, from the banquet of libations / offerings and involves all the artists and the invited audience.

Thanksgiving ceremony to Mother Earth with the project “The sacred stones of Salento” (June-July) with collective and ritual performance by the SPECIMEN TEATRO group. RONDASONORA exalts with rhythm, voice and dance the ancient space of circularity, of the path of the sun, of the womb of the Mother goddess. Here the mysterious sense of human expressiveness and scenic representation is realized, the actors become spectators and the spectators become actors. SPECIMEN TEATRO is a Salento team that operates in the field of popular music, enhancing tradition with songs, dances and shows of high cultural value. They work in residency at the Popular Culture Center of Melpignano (Lecce), and move locally and internationally, proposing their work and collaborating with artists and dancers.

The event will be set-up in the prestigious halls of the Bastione San Giacomo in Brindisi, a castle built in the 16th century by the Aragonese. The coats of arms of Emperor Charles V and his military architect Ferdinando de Alarcon are still visible on the south-west facade.

During the International Book Fair in Brindisi, meetings are scheduled with important Italian and foreign publishing houses and authors. Exceptional guests from the world of illustration, graphic novels, animation and much more.
