Dores Sacquegna was born in 1970. Currently lives and works in Lecce, Italy. She is a visual arts writer, artist, and art curator of Primo Piano LivinGallery.
Since 1994, she has being involved in the organization of exhibitions internationally including:AMACI, Italian Contemporary Art Museums; Future Pass 54° Venice Biennal; CCCB Centre de Cultura Contemporanea in Barcelona, Spain; Olympic Fine Arts Museum in Beijing, China; Foundation Saatchi & Saatchi in New York; Italian Art Fair Dubai to name just a few. She written for national and international editions and publications as Charta Book Usa, Bhea, Carlo Cambi. She curated three major exhibitions of visionary art with artists such as: Matthew Barney, Erwin Olaf, Vito Acconci, Living Theatre, Hermann Nitsch, Matteo Basilè, Francesco Arena, Giovanni Albanese, Edoardo Winspeare and many more.
